Deal Bazaar is a digital curation platform. We do not manufacture, store, ship, or process returns for any physical goods. All transactions are finalized via the Amazon marketplace.
By accessing and utilizing the services provided by dealbazaar.io (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deal Bazaar. If you do not consent to these protocols, your access to the Site must be terminated immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion, and your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of any such revisions.
The total visual identity of Deal Bazaar, including but not limited to its custom HTML/CSS frameworks, layout designs, high-fidelity banners, and curated product collections, is the exclusive intellectual property of Deal Bazaar. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized "scraping," cloning, data-mining, or redistribution of our proprietary code or curated lists for use on competing platforms is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Deal Bazaar is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. This means that we earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through our referral links. We act as a filter to identify high-quality products, but the commercial relationship for the purchase exists solely between you and Amazon. Our curation does not constitute a guarantee of product performance, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of product reviews or ratings found on external platforms.
Product pricing and availability are pulled from Amazon's real-time data but are subject to change without notice. In the event of a discrepancy between the price listed on Deal Bazaar and the price listed on Amazon.com, the Amazon price shall always be considered the final and correct value. Deal Bazaar shall not be liable for any perceived financial loss due to price fluctuations or "out-of-stock" statuses encountered after leaving our site.
Users are strictly prohibited from: (a) Attempting to bypass the Site's security features or server architecture; (b) Using automated bots or scripts to scrape content; (c) Reverse-engineering our custom design layouts; and (d) Using the Site for any fraudulent or illegal purposes. Any violation of these protocols will result in a permanent IP-based ban from the Bazaar's command center.
Under no circumstances shall Deal Bazaar or its operators be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased via Amazon links. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deal Bazaar from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any third-party rights.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international digital commerce laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by the site operators.
